Packers selection Round 2 (36th overall): Dillon Radunz, OT, North Dakota State

This was the only true spot I could’ve nabbed a wide receiver without reaching as Elijah Moore was available here. However, I didn’t know how the board was going to play out so I went with the more immediate need at offensive tackle first.

Dillon Radunz is part of the group of offensive tackles who should be available at the end of the first and beginning of the second. It will all come down to who the Packers like, but adding someone in both the short and long term will be huge for Aaron Rodgers and this offense. Radunz can step in right away after blowing everyone away during Senior Bowl week.

Packers selection Round 2 (62nd overall): Quinn Meinerz, IOL, Wisconsin-Whitewater

I stuck with the big boys upfront and nabbed Quinn Meinerz with the Packers’ original pick at the end of the second round. Meinerz gives Green Bay another versatile offensive lineman on the interior and should form a formidable trio with Lucas Patrick and Elgton Jenkins as starters. Adding these two players might give Green Bay an overload on the line in 2021, but it will help them move on from Billy Turner in 2022 and save some much-needed cap space.
