4. Kadarius Toney, Florida

Kadarius Toney is another player in a similar mold as Moore, however, there are some key differences. For starters, Toney is a bigger player at 6-foot and 193 pounds even if he’s still small for NFL standards. He’s also had much more success staying on the football field, a positive development to be sure.

Toney is an absolute weapon with the rock in his hands and Matt LaFleur would likely be super creative in finding ways to get him the ball. He can be used as a returner, a slot guy, in the backfield or in the Tyler Ervin role.

He has a lot of work to do as a route runner, where he’s very raw, but could learn from the best in the game in Davante Adams. His elite change of speed ability makes you think he has potential in that department. He also has stellar hands and drops aren’t an issue. There are worse picks Green Bay could make at 29.
