5. Greg Newsome, CB, Northwestern (Previously 5)

Greg Newsome kicks off a top-five that is very heavy in defensive backs–one of Green Bay’s biggest needs in the draft. Although he doesn’t have much experience against top wide receivers, he’s shown the skills to be successful at the next level. He has good size for the position and lots of practice playing zone defense which Green Bay is sure to implement tons of next season.

4. Alijah Vera-Tucker, OT/OG, USC (Previously 1)

Vera-Tucker drops from the top spot to No. 4 in this week’s edition. Initially thought to be an offensive tackle, he could end up spending most of his career inside which hurts his Packers’ stock a bit. Green Bay has a number of inside candidates on the offensive line which they like and have a bigger need for offensive tackles at this point. Still, Vera-Tucker would give them another versatile lineman to move around as needed.
