Packers 2021 NFL Draft Board 2.0: Cornerbacks at the top
9. Christian Barmore, IDL, Alabama (Previously 10)
Barmore leapfrogs Onwuzurike in this week’s rankings and could be a game-changer alongside Kenny Clark. Barmore played all over the defensive line in college, but spent most of his time in the B-gap. He also came to play in the game’s biggest stage and would be a great selection for the Packers.
8. Kadarius Toney, WR, Florida (Previously 11)
Toney’s talent alone says he should be much higher on any big board. However, the Packers’ relationships with wide receivers in the first round is complicated. They’re also returning their top four players at the position plus Devin Funchess. Toney would give Green Bay a homerun threat every time he touches the ball and make their already dangerous offense that much more explosive. He’d be hard to pass up if he’s still on the board.
