Packers round 4 (106th overall): Sage Surratt, WR, Wake Forrest

Holding the first selection in the fourth round would be a real treat for the Packers and allow them to grab a potential contributor for 2021. Here, I go with wide receiver Sage Surratt.

Yes, the Packers are bringing back their entire wide receiver corps including Devin Funchess in 2021, but none of those guys are under contract for 2022. Even if they bring back some or most of them, they are going to need reinforcements next season. That’s where Surratt comes in, as he’ll be able to develop for a year before getting thrust into the fire.

Packers round 4 (135th overall): Bobby Brown III, IDL, Texas A&M

On the other end of the spectrum is defensive line. The Packers have Kenny Clark and that’s about it. There are no other defensive linemen they can rely on to consistently produce results. Although Green Bay would happily select a defensive lineman earlier in the draft, this was the earliest spot that made sense with how this draft board fell. Bobby Brown would provide some extra help in stopping the run which is one of the Packers’ biggest priorities.
