3. Packers trade out of first round

This one probably won’t be as well-received by fans, but it would have a useful purpose. Green Bay would send their 29th overall pick to the Jacksonville Jaguars and slide back four spots to the top pick on Day 2. They’d also get the top pick in the fourth round of the draft as well.

All in all, that would leave the Packers with two seconds, a third, three fourths, two fifths, two sixths and a seventh. They could move around even more with that ammo and maybe even execute another trade to move up in the second without giving up draft capital they started the day with. This would be an interesting table-setter if the Packers’ guy isn’t on the board in the first round.
