3. Anthony Firkser, tight end

Tight end is a difficult position to assess for Green Bay. As of now, Marcedes Lewis and Robert Tonyan are officially free agents, Jace Sternberger was a massive disappointment in Year 2, and Josiah Deguara coming off a season-ending injury.

However, LaFleur loves versatile tight ends and that’s exactly what Anthony Firkser is. Firkser can fill that H-back type role Green Bay likes to use and drafted Deguara for. It’s safe to say his receiving abilities is the strength of his game, as he has a lot of work to do to improve as a blocker. However, he’d give LaFleur another player he can move around the formation and create mismatches with–and we all know how much LaFleur loves motion.
