4. Damiere Byrd, wide receiver

Speed is a theme here early on in this list, as the Packers’ offense could use more of it moving forward. Other than Valdes-Scantling, they don’t really have a player who strikes fear in the heart of the defense when it comes to going deep.

That’s exactly what Damiere Byrd could bring in the no. 4 or no. 5 wide receiver spots. He runs an extremely impressive 4.27-second 40-yard dash which makes him one of the fastest players in the NFL. Unfortunately, he also struggles with a case of the drops–something Green Bay definitely doesn’t need more of. However, he could be a nice player for those crossers head coach Matt LaFleur loves and could open up the offense for the studs already on the Packers’ roster.
