Dream free agent 3: Dalvin Tomlinson

Sticking with defense, but moving to the line, it’s clear Green Bay needs to target an interior defensive lineman this offseason whether it be through the draft or free agency. Kenny Clark is an amazing player, but one man can only do so much. It doesn’t help that guys like Dean Lowry haven’t been playing well the last couple of seasons either.

Dalvin Tomlinson will cost a pretty penny–PFF predicts he’ll sign a contract with a $13 million a year average–but he would be worth it. He’s a big guy who can help the Pacers’ run-stopping woes by moving offensive linemen into the backfield. He’s also versatile and can line up at a number of positions on the line. Although he doesn’t offer much of a pass rush, he would be worth it for his run-stopping abilities alone.
