Bargain running back to target in free agency: James White

Getting James White back to Wisconsin would be a nice reunion of sorts. White excelled at running back with the University of Wisconsin and has gone on to have a more productive career than many projected.

Now 29-years-old, White brings Super Bowl winning experience and leadership to a team that is looking to win the big game. He could also be a mentor of sorts to Dillon moving forward. However, he still makes contributions on the football field and is another great pass-catcher. He’d be perfect in the screen game and for short dump-offs when Rodgers is in trouble. He might cost a little more than the rest of the guys on this list, but he could still be had for about $5 million a season.
