Pernell McPhee

Reuniting Pernell McPhee and Smith would be a welcomed sight for both veterans. They played alongside one another with the Baltimore Ravens before McPhee joined Washington in 2018.

McPhee isn’t on the same level as a pass-rusher as other guys on this list, but he’s definitely a more complete player. He could spell both Smith and Gary whenever needed and is much more versatile. Speaking of versatility, the Packers could even line McPhee up on the defensive line to keep offenses guessing and off-balance. At 32-years-old, his best days are behind him, but he could be a reasonable pickup for the Packers.
