Bruce Irvin

A former first-round pick way back in 2012, Bruce Irvin is another player who is on the wrong side of 30. After being a consistently disruptive pass-rushing force from 2012 to 2015 with the Seattle Seahawks, he’s bounced around from team to team since then, playing for three teams before returning to Seattle in 2020.

Irvin looks to bounce back after only playing in two games last season and Green Bay might be the place for him to do it. He wouldn’t have high expectations and would simply be there to spell Smith and Gary and play in passing-only situations. With opposing offensive lines giving their attention to other Packers, Irvin would have the chance to win one-on-one battles upfront.
