Packers round 3 (92nd overall): Benjamin St-Juste, CB, Minnesota

There were no reasonable cornerbacks to select in the first two rounds, so we go with our first one here in the third in Benjamin St-Juste.

At 6-foot-3, St-Juste has good size for the position, something Green Bay should value opposite the vertically challenged Jaire Alexander. He can also use that size to press receivers at the line of scrimmage, something head coach Matt LaFleur may prefer after he was obviously unsatisfied with the passive coverage defensive coordinator Mike Pettine called throughout the season.

His biggest weakness is his speed–something Green Bay can help with considering Alexander can be left on an island. He’s also not the quickest prospect, but his long-term projections are favorable and he could develop into a plus cornerback.
