David Bakhtiari

David Bakhtiari might seem like a weird player to appear on this list, as the Packers just signed him to a brand new deal during the regular season. And that deal is plenty lucrative, as the All-Pro left tackle is set to count $19.3 million against the cap–the third-highest hit on the Packers.

It appears Green Bay has a simple way to save between $8-9 million: convert his $11 million roster bonus into a signing bonus. That would be a nice way to save even more money, providing the Packers with yet more flexibility.
