Now that the Green Bay Packers season is over, we can take a moment to reflect on the season that was. Although the Packers have a lot of accomplishments to be proud of–their second-straight 13-win season and back-to-back appearances in the NFC Championship Game–there are a number of disappointing players who failed to live up to their expectations.

Green Bay was forced to overcome these players, and in the end, it was too much of a deficit. To be clear, these players are not solely to blame for the Packers’ inability to get back to the Super Bowl, but they certainly could have played better.

These five members of the Green Bay Packers had the most disappointing 2020 season and will look to rebound moving forward.

5th most disappointing Packer: Equanimeous St. Brown and Tyler Ervin

I couldn’t decide between these two so I included both of them on the list–and for very different reasons. In his third season as a pro, Equanimeous St. Brown didn’t produce nearly the results Green Bay was hoping for. He played in exactly 12 games in both 2018 and 2020, however, his numbers this year were down dramatically. Basically, he produced a third of the receptions and yards than in his rookie year.

After carving a gadget role in the Packers’ offense last year, Tyler Ervin failed to stay healthy and could possibly have played his last game with Green Bay. Ervin was only active for eight games this year and only played in one game after Week 11. Sometimes, availability is the best ability.
