4. Add a backup running back

Sticking to the offense before we move to the other side of the ball, Green Bay will also need to add a quality backup running back either through free agency or the draft. Both Aaron Jones and Jamaal Williams are free agents and are unlikely to return unless something crazy happens which means there will be a big opening to fill.

That will leave second-year pro A.J. Dillon as the lead dog heading into next season. Dillon flashed at various points in his rookie campaign and looks like he could handle a full-time role. However, head coach Matt LaFleur has shown a propensity to using multiple backs and would likely look for a capable backup to both split time with Dillon and provide insurance in the case of an injury.
