Green Bay Packers Restricted Free Agents

A restricted free agent has exactly three years of accrued NFL experience. Teams with RFA’s can non-tender the player, which then makes them an unrestricted free agent. However, if they choose to “tender” the player, they assign that player with various qualifying offers or tenders. If another team makes the RFA an offer, the original team has the ability to match or refuse the competing offer.

Raven Greene: He played an important part of this Mike Pettine defense but struggled to stay on the field due to injuries. The Green Bay Packers may make a league minimum offer, but if Greene receives much more than that elsewhere, I’m not sure that they’ll try to match.

Robert Tonyan: Of course, Big Bob will be back, but the question is for how much?

Tyler Lancaster: As another undrafted free agent like Greene, I imagine that the Packers take a similar approach.

Chandon Sullivan: As the starting nickel corner and with a lack of experienced depth at the position, you can bet that Sullivan will be back.

Tim Boyle: Aaron Rodgers is here to stay — believe it or not — and they just drafted Jordan Love. My gut says Boyle draws some interest, and the Packers don’t match.

Parry Nickerson: As primarily a special teams player that was injured in 2020, my guess is that Nickerson is non-tendered.
