Green Bay Packers will win NFC Championship if….
They protect Aaron Rodgers
On the flip side, you know the Buccaneers are going to bring the heat against Aaron Rodgers and try to force him into mistakes like in their intial matchup in Week 6. During that contest, Tampa Bay had tremendous success blitzing Rodgers that included sacks, interceptions and overall poor decision making.
It hurts Green Bay is playing this game without stud left tackle David Bakhtiari, but the offensive line has been playing extremely well leading up to this game. They’ll need another A+ performance from everyone. If Rodgers doesn’t have to worry about the rush, he’ll be able to pick apart the vulnerable Bucs’ secondary and light up the scoreboard on his way to a second Super Bowl appearance.
