The Green Bay Packers will leave Lambeau Field victorious over the Los Angeles Rams in the Divisional Round of the playoffs due to these three reasons.

It’s been a long two weeks, but we are almost to the Green Bay Packers‘ Divisional Round matchup against the Los Angles Rams. Thanks to a strong regular season, Green Bay earned the lone bye in the NFC which means they’ve been preparing for this weekend’s contest since their season-ending victory over the Chicago Bears.

Despite coming in as a no. 6 seed, the Rams have all the tools to make this an extremely competitive game and even have the talent to steal one at Lambeau Field. Fortunately, the more likely outcome is a Green Bay victory due to these three reasons.

3. The weather

The weather is supposed to be mild by Wisconsin standards–the latest forecast says it will be about 29-30 degrees with a wind chill that will make it feel like 21 or 22 degrees. However, the cold will still make it difficult for Jared Goff, coming off thumb surgery just a few weeks ago, to accurately throw the ball. The Packers are also extremely familiar with the playing surface when the weather turns cold, and they should be able to fly all over the field with no hesitation.
