3. How will Davante Adams shake Jalen Ramsey?

Davante Adams has been on a tear this year (and even before that) and has cemented his status as an elite wide receiver in the NFL. Adams doesn’t necessarily possess any elite athletic attributes in the traditional sense, instead, he’s extremely agile and can change directions on a whim. This has contributed to his unparalleled route running abilities and is one of the primary reasons he’s one of the best in the game. Of course, having excellent hands is also helpful.

Lining up across from Adams will likely be stud cornerback Jalen Ramsey. Ramsey, who finished with PFF’s eighth-highest grade at cornerback in the regular season, seemingly has all the tools to successfully defend Adams. It will be interesting to see how the Rams use him, as they’ve shown flashes of having Ramsey shadow elite receivers or just sticking to one side of the field. This willingness to explore different defensive coverages will be a game of cat and mouse between Rodgers and the Rams’ defense, as Green Bay looks to get their best wide receiver going in this playoff matchup.
