20. Rashan Gary

Rashan Gary’s emergence in 2020 has been a huge development for the Packers’ defense. He’s part of a young core with Darnell Savage and Jaire Alexander that have a great chance to make a huge impact for years to come. Gary will certainly get his opportunities to disrupt the pocket in the postseason and we’ll see if his hard work can pay off.

19. Robert Tonyan

Speaking of emerging players, Robert Tonyan’s continued development has been huge for Green Bay. He was snubbed of a Pro Bowl opportunity this year and will have the opportunity to take it out on his opponents in the playoffs. He’s a great red zone threat and should be able to haul in a few touchdowns in the playoffs.

18. Chandon Sullivan

Chandon Sullivan’s talent may not line up with the others in this section, but he’s incredibly important to Green Bay’s chances to survive on defense. As the starting slot cornerback, opposing quarterbacks have been targeting him recently and he’s had his up and down moments. The Packers must send extra help his way and hope Sullivan doesn’t get completely burned in big moments.

17. Preston Smith

Preston Smith has lost some playing time this year due to his lackluster performance combined with Gary’s ascension. However, Smith has started to play better in recent weeks and it’s shown on the football field. Whether it’s in coverage, the running game or getting after the quarterback, Smith must ensure he remains disciplined in his play.

16. Darnell Savage

Darnell Savage is playing the best football of his young career over the past six weeks. And it’s been much needed. He’s flying all over the field, picking off passes and making a dramatic impact on this defense. If he can keep this up throughout the playoffs, it will mean great things.
