These five guys could have monster performances for the Green Bay Packers in the 2021 playoffs and become breakout players.

The Green Bay Packers have a legacy-defining playoff run staring them straight in the face in the upcoming weeks. If they can finally advance past the NFC Championship game–they are 1-4 in such games in the last 14 years–they’ll have an opportunity to capture their first Lombardi trophy since 2011.

First, they get to rest their bodies and let the other teams duke it out in the Wild Card round of the playoffs this weekend. However, when that is over, these five players are primed for huge performances in the postseason.

Packers’ breakout candidate no. 5: Lucas Patrick

The Packers’ offensive line has received a lot of praise this season. David Bakhtiari (the best left tackle in the game), Corey Linsley (PFF’s highest-graded center) and Elgton Jenkins (who made his first Pro Bowl) have received a lot of attention. However, right guard Lucas Patrick has stepped in since a major injury early on and has done nothing but his job. He may not garner the same attention his peers do, but his versatility and skill level have been on full display this season, and the Packers will need him to be at his best in the playoffs.
