2. Packers’ young offensive player who could shine: A.J. Dillon

A.J. Dillon had his coming out party in Week 16 against the Titans when he received his first extensive playing time of the season. In 21 carries, he racked up 124 yards and two touchdowns, proving he’s ready to take on an extended role in this offense right away.

Aaron Jones’ job is secure for the postseason, as he’s one of the most explosive running backs in the NFL. However, if Jones or Jamaal Williams’ (who missed last week with an injury) health dictates they aren’t ready to handle their normal load, Dillon will be ready to pick up the slack.

Even if Williams returns, Dillon made a strong case for taking his role as the primary backup to Jones. Dillon and Jones’ running styles compliment each other well and keep the defense off-balance. He could have an opportunity to make a huge impact for Green Bay when the games matter most.
