2. Rams’ defense

Pivoting to the Seahawks-Rams contest, this one should be a doozy. Seattle currently leads the NFC West at 10-4 (one game ahead of the 9-5 Rams) and could lock up the division with a victory on Sunday. Meanwhile, the Rams are coming off an ugly defeat at the hand of the previously winless New York Jets.

Packers’ fans are hoping the Rams can bounce back from their embarrassing loss with a victory over their division rival. The good news is their defense appears to be fully equipped to handle the dangerous Seattle offense.

The Ram’s defense ranks first in fewest passing yards allowed, passing touchdowns allowed and net yards gained per passing attempt. Their run defense is also excellent, as they rank second in both total rushing yards allowed and rushing yards per attempt. That’s exactly what’s needed to slow Seattle down and give Los Angeles a much-needed victory.
