Giannis Antetokounmpo

Giannis Antetokounmpo is the hardest player on the Milwaukee Bucks roster to come up with a bold prediction for. He has won the NBA’s Most Valuable Player award the last two seasons and won the NBA’s Defensive Player of the Year award during the 2019-2020 season. How can I come up with a bold prediction for a guy with this talent that just signed the biggest contract in NBA history?

Well, as Antetokounmpo will tell you, there are always areas of improvement in his game. Even if he does not tell you,  his work ethic will; he puts up a lot of shots to better his shooting from the three-point line and the free-throw line every year. We see him in the weight room, getting stronger every single day and his transformation from 2013 to 2020 is an impressive one.

I still think Antetokounmpo will get better in the 2020-2021 season. I know it is crazy to say, but he is just now entering the prime of his career, and he is going to show it to the NBA world in 2021. I have a bold prediction with a lot of different aspects to it, but with how great Antetokounmpo already is, there are multiple smaller improvements that I see Antetokounmpo making in the 2020-2021 season.

Prediction: Giannis Antetokounmpo will average over 30 points per game while shooting 35 percent from three-point range and 78 percent from the free-throw line. Finally, he will lead the Milwaukee Bucks to an NBA championship while winning his first (of many) NBA Finals MVP.
