1. Robert Tonyan

This is the biggest snub on the Packers, and one of the biggest across the conference. Tight end Robert Tonyan has emerged as a quality and consistent weapon in the passing game and already has double-digit touchdown receptions to show for it. He’s a tough guard in the red zone where he’s able to use his size and leaping ability to haul in touchdown reception after touchdown reception.

The selection of Evan Engram over Tonyan is especially confusing. Tonyan has slightly fewer receptions (5) and receiving yards (21), but has nine more touchdowns on the season.

Tonyan isn’t a household name and that hurt him in the fan voting portion. Despite Green Bay’s success, guys like Davante Adams and Aaron Jones have the bigger names and get more of the recognition for the Packers’ offensive success. However, it’s clear Tonyan has played a pivotal role for the NFC-leading Packers.
