These five members of the Green Bay Packers desperately need to finish the 2020 season strong for both themselves and the team.

With the Green Bay Packers preparing for the stretch run of the 2020 season–three games they’ll need to win if they want to maintain their spot at the top of the NFC–these games are also important from an individual perspective. Whether it be for a contract next year, a roster spot or a position on the team, these five players need to finish this season strong.

5. J.K. Scott

This season has been the perfect microcosm of J.K. Scott’s career. Right when you think he has it and is booming punts, he takes a step backward and has an entire game’s worth of crappy punts. The inconsistency has been maddening and only seems to get worse as the weather turns colder.

Scott is PFF’s fifth-ranked punter, but it’s hard to see him in that tier on the football field. He’s outkicked his coverage a couple of times that has resulted in punt returns for touchdowns (he’s not entirely to blame on those, as his coverage unit lost all lane discipline). The talent is there, now he just needs to show it consistently.
