Winner: Milwaukee Bucks’ fans

As I mentioned in the previous loser section, the Bucks’ fans had to endure the endless discussion of Antetokounmpo’s future with everyone and their mom hoping he’d leave Milwaukee and sign elsewhere. Whether it be through unrealistic trade scenarios, 2021 free agency destinations or fake sources about Antetokounmpo’s intentions, Bucks’ fans had to sit through that every single day for the last two years or so.

Now, they get their moment in glory. Sure, there have been plenty of petty receipts shared all over social media platforms like Twitter (and rightfully so), but the biggest accomplishment is knowing your once in a lifetime superstar is committed to the city and the franchise through his prime years. It feels good to have that type of loyalty in Antetokounmpo’s DNA.
