Packers: 5 recommendations to beat Lions in Week 14

3. Get Davante Adams the rock

Davante Adams should be in store for a huge day against a depleted Lions’ secondary who is missing rookie cornerback Jeff Okudah. Adams has been on a tear all season long and is cementing himself as one of the best wide receivers in the NFL. Oh, and he’s coming off a casual 10 catch-121 yard-two touchdown game.

Head coach Matt LaFleur has done a tremendous job scheming Adams open all season long and that should continue in Week 14. Expect their star receiver to get the ball early and often on numerous wide receiver screens, crossers, slants, quick outs and a plethora of other actions.
