1. Preston Smith

Preston Smith was brought in during the free agency period of 2019 as one of their high-priced free agents along with Za’Darius Smith and Adrian Amos on defense and Billy Taylor on offense. All four newcomers lived up to the hype in Year One, with everyone but P. Smith continuing to do so in Year Two.

Smith has completely fallen off the map and struggles against both the run and getting after the quarterback. He routinely fails to set the edge on running plays, allowing the opposing running back to get outside and gash Green Bay’s defense. He also hasn’t been able to time the snaps like in the past which puts him at a huge disadvantage. There’s a very real possibility he’s cut in the offseason.
