These four Green Bay Packers are getting hot at the perfect time to help the team make a late season push for the NFC’s top seed.

With five games remaining in the 2020 regular season the Green Bay Packers are in the thick of the race for home-field advantage throughout the NFC playoffs. Even more critically, they’re only a game back of the top seed–the only seed that gets a first-round bye in the postseason.

Coming off a victory over the Chicago Bears and with a number of winnable games on their schedule down the stretch, the Packers will have every opportunity to win out. Thankfully, these four players are also hitting their stride and getting hot at the right time.

4. Elgton Jenkins

Elgton Jenkins is one of the most versatile offensive linemen in the entire NFL, and this is only his second season. He has played mostly left guard throughout his short career, but he’s flashed the ability to play either tackle spot and center as well. That’s come in handy considering the injuries Green Bay has had to juggle on the line this season. It will be even more important if center Corey Linsley misses significant time and Jenkins continues to fill in at center. He’s killed it so far this season and there’s no reason that should change moving forward.
