1. Turnovers

The Packers played uncharacteristically sloppy football despite putting up 31 total points against a great defense. It began on the first drive of the game and carried all the way through until the very end.

Moving the ball quickly on Green Bay’s first possession, they found themselves with a second and two and the Colts’ 38-yard-line. Unfortunately, Aaron Rodgers and Corey Linsley botched the exchange and Indianapolis recovered the football.

There were three more turnovers as well–a Rodgers interception, a Shepherd fumble on a kickoff and a Marquez Valdes-Scantling fumble in overtime–that sealed the Packers’ fate. It may have been more of an anomaly than anything else, but it’s still extremely frustrating to see.
