3. Rick Wagner

Where Lowry has failed to live up to expectations, Rick Wagner has met or exceeded them so far this season. He’s not a full-time starter when everyone is healthy, but he has filled in admirably at right tackle when Billy Turner was hurt and then when Turner had to slide over to left tackle for Bakhtiari.

His PFF grade of 77.5 ranks 24th out of an eligible 77 offensive tackles this year, also indicating he’s played well. Unfortunately for Wagner, the Packers have cheaper options they could replace Wagner with considering their cap situation in 2021. If they release him, they’ll take a hit of $1.75 million in dead money but will save $4.25 million. That’s probably enough to make it worth it from a financial perspective.
