4. Rick Wagner

Sticking with the offensive line, Rick Wagner is another player who’s been forced to play more than the Packers’ originally planned. First, it was Billy Turner who missed some time and lately it has been David Bakhtiari. No matter, Wagner has done his job at right tackle.

Ranking 22nd out of a qualifying 75 offensive tackles via PFF’s grades, Wagner has been a tremendous signing by general manager Brian Gutekunst. He likely wouldn’t be starting if the whole line was intact, but this is why it’s incredibly important to have quality players up and down your offensive line. Wagner has yet to be called for a penalty, and has only given up one sack and eight pressures in 318 snaps. Not bad.
