Defensive Line

This has been one of the Packers’ weakest links in 2020. After Kenny Clark missed most of their first four games, his return was thought to give this unit a boost. Unfortunately, he hasn’t played up to his usual high standards. That’s a tough pill to swallow when guys like Dean Lowry are a complete liability out there. The Packers need someone to step up on the front lines.

Linebackers

I had to bump this unit down a grade because of the lackluster player from their outside linebackers. Za’Darius Smith has flashed his dominance, but hasn’t had the same consistency from a year ago. Preston Smith, on the other hand, has disappeared for long stretches at a time. It’s hard to earn a positive grade when your two best players aren’t up to par–and that does not even mention the mess called inside linebacker.
