How do the Green Bay Packers fare at each position halfway through the 2020 season? Let’s take a moment to hand out some grades.

The Green Bay Packers are officially halfway through their season, racking up six wins in their first eight games. Not bad for a team who was said to be overrated following a 13-3 campaign and an appearance in the NFC Championship game.

The offense has surprised most people, as they’ve continued to chug along despite a lack of talent at wide receiver and even missing games from their top players at that position. However, the defensive side of the ball has struggled and hasn’t met expectations through the first half of the season. With that in mind, let’s grade each position and see how they fare compared to their grades at the quarter mark.

Quarterback

Aaron Rodgers has continued to play extremely well and appears back to his old form. He’s making quick decisions and is getting the ball into the hands of his playmakers early and often. He’s definitely in sync with Matt LaFleur in Year 2 and his PFF grade reflects that, coming in at 93.8–the second-highest among quarterbacks. The only reason his grade falls from an A+ to an A is because of his two-interception contest against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers as well as the missed throws he’s had to wide-open receivers in the past couple of weeks.

Quarter-mark grade: A+

Halfway mark grade: A
