2. Quinnen Williams, defensive line

The lone defensive player on this list, Quinnen Williams would be an amazing haul for Gutekunst and the Packers. We know about Green Bay’s inability to stop the run; that’s been proven time and time again over the past two plus seasons. Acquiring Williams while getting Kamal Martin and Christian Kirksey back would be a huge help.

It sounds as if last year’s number three overall pick could be had for a second round pick or two, and it’s unclear if Gutekunst wants to depart with such a premium selection. However, Williams would have three more years on his contract after 2020 and has proven to be a good run-stopper. He would immediately boost the Packers’ defense and form an elite tandem alongside Kenny Clark. It’s risky and would cost a lot, but it could turn the tide in the Packers’ favor.
