Packers: Ranking top five trade targets ahead of 2020 deadline

3. A.J. Green, wide receiver

Sticking with wide receivers, Ross’s teammate with the most hype is A.J. Green. Green has battled injuries throughout the last few years of his career and is on the wrong side of 30. Still, the talent is undoubtedly there.

He’s not nearly as explosive as he once was, but his size and speed combination is undeniable. He’d be able to take advantage of one-on-one coverage with Adams demanding all the attention from the defense. That should open him up for a number of big plays from Rodgers and allow him to regain some of his explosiveness. This would be a win-now move Gutekunst has been unable to make since he became the general manager.
