3. Trade for John Ross

John Ross has made it clear he wants out of Cincinnati and is sick of standing on the sideline. The former first-round pick has requested a trade, and Green Bay could be a realistic landing spot. Ross still has some pep in his step and would give the Packers a nice vertical threat alongside Adams and Lazard. Considering his depressed value, the Packers could try to get away with just sending a fifth-round pick to the Bengals.
