4. Rashan Gary

After not playing much in his rookie season, former 12th overall draft pick Rashan Gary has seen an increased role on defense this season. He’s sharing the field more often with Za’Darius Smith and Preston Smith and has made the most of his opportunities.

As of now, he’s not being asked to do much more than get after the quarterback. His best performance came in Week 2 against the Detroit Lions when he recorded two sacks and two other hurries. He also had two quarterback hits and one hurry against the Minnesota Vikings in Week 1.

Unfortunately, he failed to record a pressure in 18 snaps against the New Orleans Saints in Week 3 and suffered a high-ankle sprain, forcing him to miss their final game before the Bye. We’ll see if he’s ready to return with a couple of weeks off and get back to harassing quarterbacks.
