Offensive Line
The Packers’ offensive line got off to a hot start against the Minnesota Vikings in Week 1. They didn’t allow Rodgers to get touched and straight dominated at the line of scrimmage. It’s slowly been a bit downhill from there, as both their PFF pass blocking and run blocking grades have gotten worse with each game. However, they’ve still held up well.
David Bakhtiari is as dominant as ever and is heading toward a mega payday. Elgton Jenkins is building off his solid rookie campaign, as looks to have a bright future. He’s done a great job moving all over the line of scrimmage and has held up well everywhere. Corey Linsley is straight dominating at center, earning the highest grade at his position according to PFF.
The right side of the offensive line has been more questionable. They lost starting right tackle Lane Taylor for the season in Week 1 and replaced him with Lucas Patrick who has faired alright. Billy Turner has struggled the most at right tackle and could be replaced by Rick Wagner if his issues continue.
Grade: B+
