1. Packers convert two fourth downs

LaFleur has been much more aggressive on fourth downs this year, as the Packers have already gone for it five times, converting three of them.

That aggression could be increased against the Falcons. JK Scott, the only punter on their roster, is questionable with a non-COVID illness. If he’s not available, it could be free game for LaFleur and the NFL’s best offense through three weeks. That’s both an exciting and dangerous circumstance for both the Packers and the Falcons.

Even if Scott does play, we should expect LaFleur to stay aggressive on offense. He doesn’t like to lift his foot off the gas and use the brake. He’ll want to work to keep the Falcons’ offense off the field and that might mean extending some drives in a non-traditional way.
