3. Jaire Alexander

After throwing for 450 yards in the season-opener, Matt Ryan’s yards have declined in each of the next two games. However, he’s still extremely dangerous and has thrown seven touchdowns to just two interceptions on the season.

The Packers will certainly be watching the injury situation with the dangerous Falcons’ receivers. Stud Julio Jones missed last week with a hamstring injury and his status is unknown for Monday. Russell Gage, who has caught 17 passes for 186 yards and a touchdown on the season, is also questionable with a concussion.

That could leave Calvin Ridley as the only remaining healthy wide receiver, and allow Jaire Alexander to focus on shutting him down. Alexander has continued his ascent to elite status in 2020 and routinely shuts down opposing wide receivers. If Alexander can take away Ryan’s only legit receiving option (depending on the health of Jones and Gage), it could be a long day for the former MVP.
