2. Allen Lazard

As will be the case all season long, defenses are going to load up on Davante Adams. They’ll try everything they can to prevent Green Bay’s best wide receiver from getting going, putting the pressure on literally anybody else to step up.

Allen Lazard will have a tremendous opportunity in Week 1. The Vikings’ cornerbacks are in flux and there are plenty of question marks about the position to begin the season. To be fair, Lazard himself has a bunch to prove in his first full season as a starter. He came on strong over the last eight games of 2019, but is far from a sure thing. Green Bay didn’t add anybody of note to the positon, instead, relying upon internal improvement from someone like Lazard. We’ll get a good idea if that bet paid off on Sunday.
