Green Bay Packers: 4 Breakout candidates due for monster 2020

4. Chandon Sullivan

With Tramon Williams not yet retired, but still on the free agent market, many expected the Packers to make a move and bring the veteran back. After all, he’s been solid since re-signing with Green Bay and still has a bit left in the tank.

However, it doesn’t appear the front office will be pulling that trigger, as Chandon Sullivan has earned the praise of his coaching staff and the nickel cornerback role. That’s a big job responsibility, as the Packers run a lot of three cornerbacks out on the field considering the pass-heavy natures of the NFL right now.

Sullivan played well last season and was an under the radar contributor for the Packers. With guys like Josh Jackson lurking in the shadows, Sullivan will have to continue playing well with an increased workload to fend off the competition all season long.
