3. Alex Light

Coming into training camp, it was believed that Turner would hold down the right guard position with Wagner starting at right tackle. That would then leave Alex light as the primary backup and swing tackle for the Packers.

Light played in limited action last year and struggled mightily, prompting them to sign Veldheer late in the season. Light must’ve continued to struggle in camp, as the Packers cut him outright, leaving them very light (excuse the pun) at tackle heading into Week 1. He’ll likely be picked up by somebody, as he’s proven to be an NFL-caliber backup at this point in his career.
