Running Backs:

On the bubble: Jamaal Williams, Dexter Williams, John Lovett

As the primary backup to Aaron Jones a season ago, the Packers saw a huge dip in production when Jones left the field and Jamaal Williams entered it. Part of the reason is due to Jones’ explosiveness, but Williams also lacked the ability to make big plays himself. With the Packers sticking with Jones, second-round pick AJ Dillon and return specialist Tyler Ervin, there’s a chance Williams could be cut free.

Dexter Williams, a sixth-round selection in 2019, was probably fortunate to stick around last year. He might not be as lucky this time around with improved depth at the position.
