Safeties

Roster Locks: Adrian Amos, Darnell Savage, Raven Greene

Similar to cornerbacks, the top three safety jobs are wrapped up as well. Adrian Amos–the Packers’ oldest defensive back at 27-years-old–continues to be the rock for this unit. He’s taken second-year pro Darnell Savage under his wing and is mentoring him every step of the way.

Speaking of Savage, he had an adequate rookie campaign, but hopes to take a leap forward this season. He could become a difference-maker the Packers’ have lacked since the days of Nick Collins.

Raven Greene missed almost all of last season due to injury and Green Bay talked about how much they missed him. If he’s able to stay healthy this year, the Packers’ could receive another shot in the arm.
