3. Rashan Gary

Whenever you’re selected as high as Rashan Gary was in 2019–12th overall pick– there are going to be high expectations. That was the case throughout his rookie year despite the coaching staff understanding the pick was made for the long-term.

As Gary basically red-shirted his rookie year, he focused on his fundamentals and recognition of the game. Now, with a full offseason under his belt, it looks like he’s come prepared to wreak havoc on offenses in 2020.

Quarterbacks receive a lot of protection in training camp, and rightfully so, however, if it wasn’t for those protections Gary likely would’ve dished out a lot of pain and punishment. He’s gotten after the quarterback on a regular basis and appears poised to play a big role in Green Bay’s defense this season.
