4. Billy Turner, OL

Before signing with the Packers in 2019, Billy Turner spent time playing both guard positions and even a bit of tackle with the Miami Dolphins and then the Denver Broncos. This versatility was attractive to Green Bay, as he provided some insurance at multiple positions.

It turns out that insurance wasn’t needed last season, as he was the clear starter at right guard throughout the entire season. That was great for the Packers, as they turned in their best collective offensive line performance of Aaron Rodgers’ career.

However, Turner was the weak link of the offensive line and, with Bryan Bulaga departing in free agency, he might slide over to right tackle to make room for the suddenly dominant Lane Taylor. Either way, it’s a huge attribute of Turners that he can play three positions if needed.
